SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (GOODS)
Service areas and eligibility
· Deliveries are available within published zones shown in the app.
· Package requirements: adequately packed, labeled, and lawful.
Prohibited items (illustrative, not exhaustive)
· Cash/currency, bullion, precious stones/metals, firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks
· Narcotics, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property
· Human/animal remains, live animals (unless expressly permitted under separate terms)
· Perishables requiring cold chain (unless service type supports)
· Hazardous chemicals or items restricted by law
Weight/size limits
· Standard limit up to 50 kg per consignment unless otherwise specified in-app.
Pickup, delivery, and proof
· Captain inspects package externally; may refuse unsafe or prohibited items.
· Real-time tracking is provided.
· Proof of delivery via OTP/signature/photo.
Delays and failures
· We communicate delays promptly. If failure is due to Captain/platform fault, fees may be waived or refunded.
Loss/damage claims
· Notify within 2 hours of delivery (or scheduled delivery time, if not delivered).
· Provide photos, description, and value proof.
· Investigation within 48–72 hours; compensation per coverage and policy outcome.
Insurance
· Base coverage up to Rs. 5,000 included by default; higher coverage available on request at extra cost.
Charges and transparency
· All charges (base, distance, waiting, platform fee, taxes) are shown before booking and on receipt.
